2. Schedule training

Please allow 3 business days between the submission of your Office and User Forms (Step 1) and your first training. This will allow our onboarding team to create your account.

You’ll need 2 training sessions of about 90 minuets each:

Session 1
Full team (90 minutes)
Session 2
Clinical team (30 minutes)
Admin/front office team (60 minutes)

Trainings are done virtually on Zoom and will be recorded so that you can view them again at any time.

If you are using imaging through Asprodental, your x-rays training will be on a separate session with our x-ray partners.

Please coordinate with your customer success representative to ensure the correct sequence of appointments.
