This shows up as 1 line item of the ledger balance from the date of data conversion

Ledger: Completed procedures
If "procedure fees" is marked as ❌ then the completed procedures will have fees set to $0

Ledger: Linkages between payments/adj and procedures
✅ and ⏳= Payments and adjustments will be applied to the procedures that they were paid toward

❌ = There is no information on which procedures the payments and adjustments are applied toward

Documents Center
If your previous practice management software’s export does not include Documents and/or Insurance Coverage %, Asprodental offers manual data entry for an additional fee. Manually transferred Documents and/or Insurance Coverage % will be imported nightly for patients scheduled on the following day.

Please note, this service is dependent on connection to the remote access computer in the office. If the connection goes down, documents for the next day will be imported the following day. If a patient is added the same day, you can email us their name and we can add their documents the next day too.
